DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the return of our small Sunday Mini Market\, we will have 3 vendors selling their handmade products in our cafe space as well as a range of delicious food and coffee from Heart and Soul\, think all day brekkie\, mouthwatering cakes and pastries and much more. We have fresh produce for sale from our very own Grown Farm along with bags of mushroom coffee from our friends at Mushlove. \n\n\n\nThis Sunday’s mini market stall holders include: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLunaFlow  \n\n\n\nLunaFlow sea glass jewellery is created in the beautiful town of Newquay. Sea glass is shaped and smoothed by rocks\, sand\, and sea for decades until it washes up on the shore as a unique treasure. I find these gems on beaches around Cornwall and polish\, wire wrap\, and drill them with care in my little workshop in Nansledan. \n\n\n\nI’m passionate about the environment and I’m committed to preserving the beauty of our coastlines. I use found and recycled materials wherever possible\, and all packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable. \n\n\n\nEach piece is carefully crafted by hand\, making them one of a kind and truly special. By wearing LunaFlow jewellery\, you can take a small piece of Cornwall with you wherever you go.  \n\n\n\nGrace’s Art Shed \n\n\n\nMy name is Grace\, I am a local Cornish artist\, who is also visually impaired. I make digital art and watercolour paintings in my sketchbook from my very cozy little art shed in the garden. Two of Shakespeare’s Greatest Tragedies transformed into outrageous\, fall-on-the-floor comedies. Not to be missed! You might have seen Shakespeare before but never like this! \n\n\n\nFour Forty have been delighting audiences up and down the country with their fast paced\, in your face\, hysterically funny productions. Offering an alternative take on some of the worlds most famous plays\, their inimitable style and charisma has set them apart as one of the most hungry and playfully ambitious travelling troupes around! \n\n\n\nDoor open at 6pm with catering available. \n\n\n\nPatrons are advised to bring their own chair for the performance. \n\n\n\nThe event will go ahead despite adverse weather therefore wear adequate clothing. Umbrellas are discouraged as they block sightlines. Ponchos and rain coats are your best bet! However it’s the british summertime so we’ll get what we’re given!

This is an immersive experience with no experience needed\, all you have to do is relax! \n\n\n\nThere is an option to join in the chanting towards the end of the soundbath but this is optional\, there is absolutely no pressure to sing\, you can also choose to lay back and relax and enjoy the sounds around you! \n\n\n\nElla Vida has over 20 years experience as a Professional Singer and Holistic Therapist. She has released her own music\, toured worldwide and has played Glastonbury festival multiple times. \n\n\n\nPlease bring a yoga mat\, cushions and blankets if you have them so you can get super comfy! \n\n\n\nThere are some Yoga mats and blankets available if you forget to bring yours! \n\n\n\nYou can book for a one off or multiple weekly sessions in advance.
