A fun, breath led Vinyasa Yoga class where you will stretch and strengthen the whole body. Suitable for all levels, although please let me know if you are a beginner, pregnant, postnatal or have any injuries or niggles so I can make sure you are fully supported. There will be lots of options both for beginners and those wanting to challenge themselves! Expect to leave feeling rejuvenated and grounded.
