Mindfulness Workshop

This workshop is for anyone who is curious about mindfulness meditation or has an existing practice and wants to renew inspiration and connect with others. This workshop is a chance to explore the question what is mindfulness and and what are the benefits of practicing it? We will explore this through group meditation practices and discussion.
This is also a great chance to come and sample some mindfulness practice with myself and Jen and ask questions if you are interested in our next 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course starting in Jan 2023.
The Canteen downstairs at Newquay Orchard also does an incredible reasonably priced lunch for after/ before the workshop if you fancy it.
