EDUCATION
Growing Futures is an alternative learning environment to college or sixth form. We focus on developing practical skills in an outdoor setting which is quiet, friendly and non-pressured.
YEAR 1
Qualification: Entry Level 3 in Learning Employment and Progression
Year 1 is all about you growing as an individual and developing personal skills to help you to thrive.

YEAR 2
Qualification: Level 1 or Level 2 in Learning, Employment and Progression
Year 2 is about growing your potential and supporting you with the things you need to build a sustainable future.

• Wildlife and the nature around you
• What does it mean to be eco-friendly?
• Understanding the world of work
• Work in a productive vegetable Market Garden
• The tools you need for the workplace
• Routes to further education
• C.V. building and work experience
• Build on basic horticulture skills
