Whether you are looking to take your next step or find that perfect career, Newquay Orchard has something for you.

You can gain experience in lots of different sectors to prepare you for work.

You’ll work with our experienced teams and choose the right activities to give you the skills you need to progress.

Alongside volunteering and education opportunities at Newquay Orchard, our Change Coach team offer information, advice, guidance and support for young people aged 15-24 who are looking to get back into work.

IF YOU:

  • Are aged 15–24 years old
  • Are unemployed (Currently looking for work but possibly receiving unemployment benefits of some kind.)

OR

  • Are economically inactive (not currently looking for work for a specific reason), but wishing to gain employment.
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK.
  • Live in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly.

Then our Change Coach team may be able to help you through one of our projects.

Growing Futures is an alternative learning environment to college or sixth form. We focus on developing practical skills in an outdoor setting which is quiet, friendly and non-pressured.
