I’m Ellie, I’m a reiki master, health creation mentor, reflexologist and womb wisdom practitioner (I’m also a nurse with a passion for changing the way we approach our health)

Through health coaching and healing I support you to take an empowered and holistic approach, taking into account the physical/emotional/spiritual aspects that affect your health and wellbeing.

I specialise in women’s health, cycle health and perimenopause, but support anyone, whether you have a health condition or you just want to increase your connection to yourself and your life force energy.
