Every week starting on the 13th of May, come and join me at the Orchard and enjoy a class created to uplift your sense of wellbeing, help increase your strength and flexibility while tapping into some of the ancient yogic wisdom bringing in an element of Hatha yoga (asana) Raja yoga (meditation) and Bhakti Yoga (devotion).
All welcome, including beginners.
