The Duchy & St Petrocs Public Consultation

The Duchy of Cornwall & St Petrocs invite you to attend Newquay Orchard on Thursday 22nd Feb from 5:30pm-9pm to share plans and invite feedback on the first stage of development of land to the south of Newquay Orchard and allotments.

The Proposed Development:
 An integrated mix of private, affordable and supported homes
 From one bedroom apartments to three bedroom homes
 All in keeping with the Nansledan Design Manual and Nansledan Local Development Order
 Phase 1 (St Petrocs): comprising two 4 bedroom homes and 6 one bedroom apartments (to be
leased to St Petrocs), arranged around a private courtyard – estimated start on site Autumn 2024
 Phase 2: masterplan still being refined, but indicative layout suggests up to 15 private and 6
affordable homes – programme to be confirmed in due course

 Potential footpath(s) and public access through the site
 General design considerations
 Local housing need and wider community integration and support for residents of St Petrocs
