Surf Fit is Pilates based, incorporating the latest physiological techniques to strengthen your core and peripheral muscle groups. A low-impact, high-intensity exercise system, coupled with mobility drills, keeping you limber and supple.
Pilates is for everyone, complimenting the things that you do for fun, from surfing, running, rugby, or golf. Regular Pilates sessions will help you to gain useful, functional strength, and improved mobility.
As a result, you will increase your balance and flexibility, and decrease your chances of injury and back pain. You’ll gain greater awareness of your body and posture, toning your muscles to keep you strong and mobile.
